Due to the perishable nature of our products, Flower Moxie cannot accept returns on live flowers; however, we are committed to ensuring your design experience is a success. If your blooms arrive damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Flowers
Immediately upon arrival, unbox your flowers and inspect each stem to ensure they are healthy and match your order specifications.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice significant damage or missing items, take clear photos of the flowers, the shipping label, and the original packaging.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and the photos you collected to initiate a claim.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and provide a solution, which may include a partial refund, store credit, or expedited replacement stems if time permits.
